Sorry for the fake updates. I finally did what I’ve wanted to do for a long, long time: Did a user interface for blogging. But back to the topic.
I read a book last week. You’ve probably heard about it, it’s called Da Vinci Code? Anyway.
As a kid I used to be major Nancy Drew fan. I read all the books my local library had at that time and wondered how Carolyn Keene has so much time to write so many books (later I found out it was only a screen name that many writers used). They were my favorite summertime reading, I read one or two per one beach day.
So now I finally read Da Vinci Code. I was disappointed, and still am. Of course, had I taken all the “facts” the book laid out a real ones, the impact might’ve been bigger, but since such was not the case, I was really unimpressed and yes, disappointed.
Da Vinci Code == Nancy Drew. Really. A crashing start, following the leads, and at the end, pressing the Reset button fixes everything. Disappointing.
