Yes, I’ve lost my mind. Yes, I’ve been doing (nordic) walking on almost every day now. And I find myself very cranky if I can’t go for a walk. Are these the signs of an addiction? I actually was thinking that I might put the alarm clock to buzz at 6 am so I could take a morning walk.
Tomorrow at the local Sokos there’s a heart rate monitor salesman and some coaches checking if people have the correct nordic walking technique; also a jogging shoe representative to check people’s feet and running technique and to sell them the correct kind of shoes. I’m going.
