From my mothers recipe collection, pt. 2

Curry chicken nuked (four servings)

approx. 500 g unmarinated chicken fillet sliced
salt
½ veggie stock cube
½ dl water

sauce:
½ dl cream
½ dl water
1 ½ teaspoons curry powder
1 ½ – 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
juice of ½ lemon
fresh parsley

Lay out the chicken pieces into a bowl, sprinkle salt on both sides. Crumble the stock cube on the top and at the water. Cover and heat in the microwave at full power for 10 minutes.

Mix in a bowl cream, water, curry and flour. Pour over precooked chicken and mix. Continue heating covered in full power for 5 minutes. Make sure the chicken is done and spice up with lemon juice. Chop parsley on top just before serving.
