I’ve been exercising a lot. Since I pinched the bike mount from our old HRM and put it on to my bike, I’ve been enjoying the bikerides a lot. Hardly a day goes by I don’t go cycling. I don’t cycle to work though; I like to keep my heart rate at reasonable levels and the long uphill to Hervanta is likely to raise my heart rate to a level I don’t feel comfortable with. Besides, taking a shower at work isn’t actually my cup of tea.




I do not as a rule comment on a blog however I liked this post therefore I was stimulated to do so. Veering in a slightly different direction from the topic somewhat, what do you think regarding walking? It is generally being showcased as the best exercise to burn fat.
